There's plenty to do in the mountains of Western North Carolina.  Take a scenic drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway.  Since we are just minutes from Asheville, spend the day in the 19th century at The Biltmore Estate.  Go fishing in the Little East Fork of the Pigeon River, just a stone's throw from the front porch.   Hike miles of wilderness trails, enjoy scenic waterfalls, or take a picnic lunch to a romantic overlook.

Enjoy unique shopping and dining in downtown Waynesville, 15 minutes from the cabins.  From antiques to pizza, you can find it here.

Visit the elk at Cataloochee, a quiet peaceful drive through nature.

If you are looking for a little more excitement, hit the slopes at Cataloochee Ski Resort.  Treasure Cove Cabins are located a few minutes from Maggie Valley so you should never run out of places to go and things to do.
